Assembly Instructions March 10, 2014 Reviewer: Albert Posthuma from North Muskegon, MI United States   The bike is excellant.  The purchase and shipping met our expectations. My problem was assembly, as noted in prior emails.  There were no assembly instructions in the box, and you did not respond to my emails until two days later. I was told on the phone during purchase that assembly was easy, but some of the steps and adjustments were not intuitive for someone with no bike experience. Was this review helpful to you?

Nick at ABC April 15, 2013 Reviewer: Ernie Faraci from Rancho Mirage, CA United States   It was a peacefful and delightful transaction. Biria did not alerrt that they had run out of the Black, Easy Load 7 inventory. Nick called feverishly to cure the order and make it work. Not my ffirst choice of a red bike but regardless, Nick went above and beyond as a rep for ABC. Bike arrived as mentioned and my 75 y/o Dad has to get it put together and hit the ground running.  Thank You Was this review helpful to you?

Bria bike April 11, 2013 Reviewer: Kevin H from Sebastian, FL United States   Spoke to ABC twice before the purchase and everything went well. Shipping was fast and bike arrived intact with out damage. Two screws were stripped on the fenders but was fixed easily. They were installed by Biria and stripped all the way in....I would buy again from ABC.. Was this review helpful to you?

Bicycle April 10, 2013 Reviewer: Judy Boyer from Los Gatos, CA United States   I have yet to receive the bike.  I have been given no date for shipment.  If I had known it would take this long I would have stuck with my first choice in color(white), even though I was told there would be a wait because they were backordered till the end of April.
