They were very helpful and friendly. The bike was packaged well, so it arrived in perfect condition. They were even responsive and helpful with a few questions I had after the sale. Dealing with a well run, honest business is a nice surprise these days!

The service from ABC is top notch. They shipped the bike immediately so my wife would have it on time for her birthday. Showed up 2 days early which is awesome considering they shipped it to Canada. Bike is super fun

Easy to put together .
Well made and attractive bike .
Seat tends to work loose . Need bigger hardware to tighten it . A locking mechanism on the swing part could give an option of swing or regular bike mode . A little dangerous for kids/average person . Be sure to wear your helmet and gloves . Would not loan it to friends or neighbors .( insurance issues) .
Fun bike .
