We haven't used the lock yet but I wanted to rate the customer service I received.  I found you online and was happy to discover that you were located in San Diego (as am I).  To save $$ I would have picked the item up but was pleased to have been given a "Free Shipping" code instead.  Glad to be able to support a SD company rather than a National Sporting Goods chain.  Thanks you!

Easy install. Easy off and easy on. I assume it will deter the dishonest put there but can't substantiate how great a lock it is. LOL. Seems definitely worth the money.
