A little miscommunication but it all worked out! |

I had placed my order and it was a good week and I hadn’t heard anything. Reached out by email and phone and a day or so later I got an email back that the tires I had ordered were actually out of stock and that they could provide another tire. They attached a picture of the tread and all. I agreed to the new tires then they were shipped a few days later. I can’t be too harsh because they did communicate and respond to my communication. I did get my product as well. Covid had also placed a delay and I understand that. Overall I would purchase from them again.
